Tortuga Island Tour

Tortuga Island is a natural paradise. Tortuga Island is in a completely secluded area in Golfo de Nicoya. The tour begins at the cruise dock, located at La Marina Los Sueños of Herradura. During the trip to the island you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking and beautiful landscapes, as well you will test some delicious typical snacks. The departure time is 7:40 AM and it takes approximately 1 hour to arrive.

Once we dock on the shores of the crystal waters on the white sand beach of Tortuga Island, part of the team on the island will receive you with some refreshing drinks and delicious snacks.

On Tortuga Island we will have many fun things to do for fully enjoying your day such as snorkeling, hiking on the island's ecological trails and "Banana Boat" rides.

Besides, some local people offer water sports rentals on the island such as kayaks, paddle boards, wave runners, and inflatable boats.

We recommend you bring sunscreen, beach towels, beach clothes, sandals, camera, and some cash in case you want to buy souvenirs from the locals.
