About this tour
The Tenorio River is located at the foothills of the Tenorio Volcano, in the Guanacaste region. The Tenorio River has excellent rapids that stretch for a journey of approximately 15 miles, with impressive views of the rainforest. During the journey you will be able to observe many animals such as birds, river lizards, river turtles, among others ...
The complete rafting expedition is approximately 4 hours with sections that have rapids class II, III and IV.
During the middle of the activity the guides will look for an area of the river with calm waters for enjoying delicious fruit appetizers, sandwiches, and drinks.
The entire door-to-door expedition takes all day.
